To help us help you

• the name of the app and its version (in the app settings or the store);
• your device and its iOS or Android version;
• what happened, and a screenshot if possible.

Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). If you changed device or reinstalled an app, use Restore purchases in the app settings. Refunds are handled by the store: Apple or Google Play. We are happy to help if something goes wrong.
