Privacy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy covers the mobile apps published by Keru Studio. In short: no account required, no advertising, no sale of your data.

Who is responsible

PRINGAULT YANN (trade name Keru Studio), sole proprietorship, 210 impasse du Vallat, 13600 La Ciotat, France. Contact: contact@keru.studio.

Data stored on your device

Your progress, scores, settings and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to them. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Anonymous usage statistics

Some apps send anonymous usage events (for example: a game was started, a screen was viewed) to help us improve them. We use PostHog, hosted in the European Union. These statistics are not linked to your name, email or any account, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. Where available, you can turn them off in the app settings (“Share anonymous usage data”).

Purchases

Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your payment details. To check what you have unlocked, apps use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user identifier and your purchase receipts from the store.

Crash reports

If you have enabled it on your device, Apple or Google may share anonymous crash reports with us.

What we do not do

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access or delete data concerning you, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@keru.studio. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
